Hi, I’m Sandy Adams—wife, mom, Granny, realtor, coffee shop co-owner, and business coach.

I believe in giving back—and I believe that collaboration belongs at the top, while competition belongs at the bottom.

For nearly 30 years, I’ve been rehabbing homes, managing rental properties, and helping people find where they belong. Today, I’m the Principal Broker, Relocation Director, Growth Leader and Co-Owner of CENTURY 21 Pinnacle, a woman-owned real estate brokerage built on relationships, results, and empowering agents to thrive.

I’m also the proud co-owner of Just Love Coffee Cafe in Berea, another woman-owned business where we’ve created a warm, welcoming space to serve our community—one cup at a time.

Whether I’m walking a property with a client, mentoring a new agent, or pouring into our team over lattes, I lead with heart, hustle, and a deep love for the people and place I serve.

My husband and I live on a farm in Madison County, Kentucky, where we center our lives on faith, family, and hard work. And yes—our daughter and grandkids are all part of the business, too.
